Comissão de Assuntos Fundiários aprova projetos de autoria do GDF

Debatidas e votadas durante reunião extraordinária da Comissão de Assuntos Fundiários, pela manhã, três proposições, de autoria do Executivo, que tratam do reordenamento de uso de áreas públicas do Distrito Federal foram apreciadas pelo plenário da Câmara Legislativa e aprovadas em dois turnos e redação final nesta terça-feira (18).

O projeto de lei nº 1.567/2025 trata do reparcelamento de solo no Complexo Esportivo e de Lazer do Guará, área conhecida como Cave. O objetivo do PL é proceder a reversão dos lotes para a Terracap, para que sejam dadas, em alguns casos, novas destinações.

Já o projeto de lei nº 1.285/2024 autoriza o Poder Executivo a proceder a concessão de uso de imóvel, em caráter oneroso, na QE 40 do Guará, para que seja instalada uma subestação de energia elétrica. Na mesma linha, o PL nº 1.494/2025 autoriza o Poder Executivo a conceder outro terreno à Neoenergia, em iguais condições, na região de Águas Claras.

Durante o debate das matérias, os deputados distritais aproveitaram para tratar do serviço oferecido pela Neoenergia, que recebeu diversas críticas, relativamente às áreas urbanas e rurais. Em meio à discussão, surgiu a proposta de se convocar representantes da empresa para prestar esclarecimentos.
